Quality Control

Our promise for quality is broader internally within Apex Glove. Every year, we conduct a thorough evaluation and audit of our network of suppliers to ensure the consistency and continuous delivery of quality materials and products. Apex Glove and our suppliers comply with meeting international quality standards of ASTM D3578 and EN 455. Our pre-shipped items are subjected to elaborate checks by our QA officers to ensure our customers are satisfied with their final product and packaging.

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) occurs when production is 100% finished, and at least 80% of the products are packed. Samples are selected for checking at random according to AQL sampling standards and procedures to ensure that finished goods conform to your specifications. During Production Inspection (DPI)

DPI inspections check the product early in production and ensure it meets the client’s standards. As production continues, these defects can be addressed so that the defect rate for the rest of the show is lowered. Also, we can check the production schedule and confirm that the products will be ready according to your shipment schedule. Don't let your shipment be delayed due to reworking or inadequate shipments.

Container Loading Supervision

Container Loading Supervision is an essential step in receiving quality goods. The following points are included in CLS:
